'Cowper's Cut' is out now

Hello.

Thanks for registering on Health Policy Insight, the new home of the weekly 'Cowper's Cut' column (formerly resident on Health Service Journal).

'Cowper's Cut' is only for paying subscribers. Those of you who've read it on HSJ will understand the amount of work that goes into the column's production.

For now, I've left the HPI archives as free to access for registered users. The new content I will put on HPI (including but not limited to the weekly 'Cut') will be for HPI subscribers only for a month following publication: this was introduced in July 2023.
